Ruth has over 30 years of experience internationally with five-star hotels. Before she joined ACE, she held the position of Director of Human Resources for two prestigious hotel properties in the center of Kuala Lumpur. As a consultant and trainer in management, hospitality, and human resources she is our expert on service excellence.

Capt. Kelana has over 40 years of experience in the oil, gas, and maritime industry. As a Master Mariner, he spent the majority of his career working in high-risk environments onboard ships and in oil rigs in international waters. Capt. Kelana brings a wealth of knowledge and skills to our health, safety, and environmental training.  His technical skills combined with his vast experience sets him apart from other consultants.

Peter is an experienced and seasoned hotelier. He has over 30 years in the hospitality industry with exposure in resorts and city hotels in Malaysia, China, Australia, and Switzerland. A passionate, detailed, and charismatic trainer who is interactive and involved with his participants. Peter also speaks a few languages including French & German.
